For 4 people
500g / 1 lb 2 oz of onions
20 cherry tomatoes
3 teaspoons of rapeseed oil
500g / 1 lb 2 oz of fresh sardines
3 limesPlace the sardines previously prepared by your fishmonger in a large dish; add salt and the lemon juice.
Leave to chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Thinly slice the onions and place them in a blender with the tomatoes. Blend the mixture.
Pour some oil and half of the mixture in a casserole dish.
Delicately place the sardines on top, and cover with the rest of the mixture.
Place the lid on the casserole dish and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes.Enjoy your meal!
